!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/6 scale Smith & Wesson Detective Special .38 caliber swing out cylinder five shot revolver made by Mr. Yamaguchi in Japan. 1 1/8″ long overall with a 5/16″ barrel of about .05 caliber. The revolver looks to be a typical high polish S & W blue steel construction, but it is not magnetic. Two piece walnut grips with a single screw entering from the left side. This piece is only partially functional. The hammer & trigger work, but the cylinder does not index when the hammer is cocked. The cylinder release does not work & the cylinder looks to be a friction fit. The left side of the barrel expertly marked SMITH & WESSON. The left side of the frame also expertly marked with the intertwined S & W logo in a circle with TRADE at the top and MARK at the bottom of the circle. They are so small you really need good magnification to see them well. Includes six solid yellow brass dummy cartridges and a hinged clear topped jewelry type casing. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
