!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Colt No. 1 derringer made by master miniature maker Daniel Osterman of Oregon. 2 7/16″ long overall with a 1 1/4″ rifled barrel. Nicely engraved on the barrel, frame, and side plate. Three oval checkered panels, one on each side of the grip and one at the rear of the grip. The butt marked D.E.O.+. Checkered hammer spur with the sighting notch & checkered barrel release. Fire blue screws and barrel release. The hammer case hardened with polished sides. The top flat of the barrel hand engraved with the proper Colt barrel address . Complete with the original Osterman manila cardboard lift top box with exterior lid label. The box bottom interior French fit and lined in a dark blue velour. Mint new as made condition except for the expected tarnishing of the nickel silver. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
