!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 scale Elgin percussion single shot cutlass pistol by an unknown maker. 5 5/8″ long overall with a 1 11/16″ octagon smoothbore barrel of about .175 caliber. The cutlass blade measures about 3 13/16″ long. The metal parts are all steel. The frame, barrel, hammer, nipple, and screws are blued. The cutlass blade, triggerguard, and trigger are finished in the white. One piece walnut grip. The hammer has both half and full cock. Complete with a walnut casing with magnetic latches made by Imperial Miniature Armory. The top of the case carved in a high relief likeness of the pistol inside, in a depressed oval. The interior bottom French fit and lined in brick red felt, as is the interior lid. A beautiful and very well executed miniature pistol and in mint new condition.
