!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale iron frame Henry rifle made by master miniature maker Mike Barrett of Minnesota. 21 3/16″ long overall with a 12″ octagon rifled barrel of .22 caliber. Blued iron frame. Blued steel sideplates, barrel, buttplate, rear sight, trigger, and screws. Case colored lever & hammer. Brass cartridge lifter, magazine follower, & front sight. Nice straight grained rosewood buttstock with an oil finish. Fully functional, but non-firing. Long range ladder rear barrel sight. Final polishing is done by Terry Farrand of Minnesota. All of the barrel address & serial number lettering is hand engraved by master engraver Roger Sampson of Minnesota. Mike Barrett’s maker mark is stamped into the rear of the lower tang. The blue and case coloring done by Doug Turnbull of New York. Every part of this miniature was expertly done by a master of their craft, and this rifle was over three years in the making, and it is truly a gorgeous piece! Mint 99%+ condition showing only the most minor of handling wear. Included is a wooden pine crate type casing that also doubles as a display stand. The crate is missing a small piece of wood on one end, easily replaced. Mike only made four of these iron frame Henry rifles. From the personal miniature collection of Joel Morrow.
