Project Description

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a double barrel wheellock pistol made by Walter Agnoletto of Turin, Italy, probably in the 1960’s.  7 7/8″ long overall.  The upper barrel is part octagon part round, .16 caliber, & measures 4 3/8″ long.  The lower barrel is round, .16 caliber, & measures 4″ long.  This piece is 100% fully functional & capable of being fired!  Steel construction finished in the white.  Profusely engraved with about 100% coverage in scroll & vine motifs & features multiple helmeted what looks like Spanish shoulders, & multiple dragons.  There is a separate cock for each barrel with two wheellock assemblies.  Both wheellock assemblies have safety levers.  The wrist is wrapped in a braided wire.  The bottom of the ball butt is hinged with a release button at the top that when opened reveals a storage compartment for what I assume is for the lead balls.  Includes the original combination tool as well as the original blue leather covered hinged top case with two flip latched.  The interior bottom French fit & lined in red felt.  The interior top padded & lined in a champagne colored silk.  Excellent near mint condition showing only minor signs of handling.  The case interior lid has some minor staining.  An extraordinary piece!  Stock # CK-20.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
