!!!!!SOLD!!!!! Unknown, Probably Alex Baez, 1/8 Scale 18 Karat Gold Penn International Salt Water Reel With Rod !!!!!SOLD!!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/8 scale Penn International salt water fishing real by an unknown maker, but probably made by master jeweler Alex Baez  of Los Angeles.  The reel is 5/8″ in diameter, & 1 3/8″ wide including the handle.  The reel is made of mostly 18K yellow gold, with some of the parts on the right side where the crank handle is made of 18 karat white gold.  The reel is functional in that when you crank it, the spool turns.  There is a drag lever, but I can’t hear or feel any clicks in either position.  The rod was made by Ira Stutzman of Hell’s Canyon Custom Rods.  The rod is 12″ long with 5 string guides all of which have ceramic inserts.  The reel is beautifully made, and very well may be a one of a kind piece!  From the personal miniature collection of Joel Morrow.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
