Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a miniature suit of Spanish infantry armor by an unknown maker. Probably made in Spain in the 1960’s – 1970’s. 23″ tall. Steel construction, polished and finished in the white. Leather tunic, gauntlets, bindings, and boots. There is a long sleeved burgundy corduroy looking shirt under the leather tunic. There is a hole in the bottom of each boot where the armor might be attached to a base. No base included. Nice condition, but does need a couple rivets re-attached. I really don’t know anything about armor, so I’ll let the photos do the talking. This exact piece featured with a full page photograph on page 332 of the book “The Art of Miniature Firearms – Centuries of Craftsmanship” !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
