Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a cased pair of 1/6 miniature revolvers by an unknown maker. Each revolver is 1 5/8″ long overall with a 13/16″ barrel. These look to be copied after a Colt Single Action Army Revolver with a 4 3/4″ barrel. The metal parts are yellow brass which have been soldered together. the cylinders rotate, but otherwise they are not functional. the grips look to be stag or antler, which has been worked to look like miniature stag. These are reasonably well made for what they are. Housed in a very nice cherry wood hinged top casing with front flip latch. The top of the casing inlaid with what looks to be ebony in the shape of a steer’s head. The interior is French fit and lined in a dark burgundy velour. These very well have been made for a 1/6 scale doll house, for a Barbie with an attitude that lives in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Los Angeles, or Washington D.C.! the ultimate Barbie accessory for that daughter or grand daughter! The pistols are in mint “as made” condition, but there is some solder showing in a few places. The casing is near mint and well done. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
