!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 or 1/2 scale yellow brass two legged bullet mold, for a miniature Colt revolver, by an unknown maker. 1 15/16″ long overall. Cast one round and one conical ball of about .14 caliber. The right side marked COLT’S PATENT. Would be suitable for a 1/2 scale Colt 1849 Pocket Model or maybe a Colt Root revolver, or a 1/3 scale Colt percussion revolver of .44 caliber such as a Dragoon or 1860 Army. Possibly for a Tom P. Weston or Fred Thacker miniature Colt revolver. The beautiful mellow brass patina makes me think this piece is many years old. Near mint condition. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
