!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/4 scale percussion swivel barrel Pennsylvania/Kentucky rifle by an unknown maker.  11 5/8″ long overall with 7 3/16″ octagon barrels of about .125 caliber.  The barrels, lock assembly, rear sights, nipple drums, nipples, trigger, swivel barrel, & screws catch are steel with a gray brown patina finish.  There is a brass reinforcing plate on each side at the rear of the barrels, one of which is made to accept the ramrod.  Brass front sights, ramrod thimbles, triggerguard, sideplate, patch box, & buttplate.  There is a brass escutcheon inlaid into the cheekpiece on the left side of the stock.  One piece walnut stock with a very severe drop.  The hammer has both half & full cock, and the barrels swivel & lock in place properly.  Cased in a black leatherette hinged top case with two flip latches.  The interior bottom French fit & lined in a red felt.  The interior top padded and lined in an off white silk.  Includes a non functional brass powder flask.  The piece is in good condition as made.  The piece would look better with a good cleaning.  An interesting piece.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
