Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/4 scale percussion single shot pistol by an unknown maker. 3 1/2″ long overall with a 2″ octagon steel barrel that is drilled through to the breech. Steel lock assembly, brass furniture. The hammer is spring loaded, but the lock is not functional otherwise as the trigger is fixed in place. There is no nipple, instead, there is a horizontal hole drilled into the side of the barrel to maybe take a 2mm pinfire blank cartridge. You would then just pull the hammer back & release to fire. The steel parts show a browned, or maybe cold blue finish that has aged to gray/brown. One piece walnut stock. The piece is kind of crude, but looks good at arms length, and could really be improved with a little work. Priced accordingly, & sold “AS-IS”, no returns. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
