!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a walnut hinged top casing for a 47% scale Uberti Colt revolver or other similar sized miniatures. The case was made by Imperial Miniature Armory in Richmond, Texas. Magnetic closures. The top is 4-D computer routed with a high relief raised scroll, vine, & flower motif, in a depressed rounded corner square. The top with a nice decorative edge detail. Outside dimensions are 8 1/4″ X 4 3/16″ X 1 7/8″. Inside dimensions are 7 3/16″ X 3 3/16″ X about 1 1/4″. The interior is not fit for anything, the interior bottom lined in a red suede. The corners of the case are dovetailed, the bottom held in place with what looks to be ebony 1/8″ pegs. The bottom with four felt “feet” so it won’t mar your desk top. A great empty canvas to display your pet Colt revolver with your own choice of accessorizes. You could also use it as a jewelry box, cigar box, a place to keep your keys, watch, wallet, and dozens of other uses. Neat box for the miniature collector on your gift list.
