!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a consecutively numbered pair of 47% scale 1851 Colt Navy percussion revolvers with factory roll stamped barrel addresses made by Uberti in Italy. Fully functional, but non-firing. 6 1/4″ long overall with a 3 1/2″ octagon rifled barrel of .17 caliber. The frame, hammer, rammer, and loading lever are case colored. The balance of the steel parts are charcoal blue. The brass triggerguard, backstrap, and bead front sight are just starting to show a touch of age patina. The bottom of the barrels do not have the usual Uberti markings. . 36 CAL marked at the left rear of the triggerguards, COLT’S Patent stamped into the left front of each frame. The cylinders roll stamped with the Ormsby naval battle scene. Serial numbers 902 & 903 stamped into the barrel lug, frame, triggerguard, & backstrap. Factory roll stamped Colt barrel addresses. Checkered hammer spur and loading lever latch. Beautiful highly figured walnut one piece grips with an oil finish. There is a flaw in the blue on serial # 903 on the left side of the barrel lug, otherwise, both pieces are mint new. Consecutively numbered pairs, especially with factory barrel address and no Uberti markings, are exceedingly rare and almost unheard of! !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
