!!!!!SOLD!!!! Uberti Colt SAA Revolver, Ivory Grip By Dennis Holland, 4 3/4″ Barrel, Blue & Case Colored Finish, Black Powder Frame, Serial # 1079 !!!!!SOLD!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 47% scale Colt Single Action Army revolver with the 4 3/4″ barrel made by Uberti in Italy.  4 3/4″ long overall with a 2 3/16″ rifled barrel of .21 caliber.  Blue & case colored finish.  Ivory grip by master ivory carver the late Dennis Holland of Lubbock, Texas, showing some beautiful grain and a nice aged patina.  Black powder frame with the round “Bullseye” ejector rod button, the early “Pinched Frame” topstrap, and the cylinder pin held in place by a screw.  The left front of the frame stamped with the Colt patent dates in two lines.  The left rear of the triggerguard stamped with the “.45 CAL” marking, “UPSIDE DOWN”, a very rare factory error!!!!!  The bottom of the barrel roll stamped with the very early Uberti marking “A. UBERTI – FECET”.  Checkered hammer spur.  Early serial number 1079 stamped into the frame, triggerguard, & backstrap.  79 stamped into the loading gate hinge.  Blued blade type front sight.  Mint new condition.  A beautiful miniature Colt SAA!!!  Now that Dennis has passed away, I won’t be getting any more ivory grips made.  Just don’t know anyone who can do the quality work I demand.  Get them while you can because there won’t be any more!   !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
