!!!!!SOLD!!!!! Uberti 47% Scale Prestige Factory Engraved & Gold Wire Inlaid Colt SAA Revolver With Ivory Grip, 5 1/2″ Barrel, & Case, Serial # 1007 !!!!!SOLD!!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 47% scale Colt Single Action Army revolver with 5 1/2″ barrel made by Uberti in Italy.  Uberti called these fancy models their Prestige Editions.  They were the most elaborately engraved and decorated models they ever produced.  5 1/8″ long overall with a 2 9/16″ rifled barrel of .21 caliber.  This piece is beautifully and extensively factory engraved with 22 karat gold wire border & scroll inlays.  The revolver is finished in a beautiful full charcoal blue, except for the hammer which is case colored.  One piece factory ivory grip showing some nice grain & a beautiful aged patina.  Black powder frame with the round “Bullseye” ejector rod button, the early “Pinched Frame” top strap, and the cylinder pin held in place by a screw.  The left front of the frame stamped with the patent dates in two lines.  The left rear of the triggerguard stamped with the “.45 CAL” markings.  Checkered hammer spur.  Very early serial number “1007” stamped into the frame, triggerguard, & backstrap.  “7” stamped into the loading gate hinge.  “A. UBERTI ITALY” stamped into the bottom of the barrel.  Nickel silver front sight.  Complete with an oak hinged top case with push button latch.  The interior bottom semi-French fit & lined with as green felt.  The case interior lid with the Colt instructions label.  Includes 29 of the extremely rare Uberti factory solid brass dummy cartridges with “W  – W .45 COLT” headstamps.   Beautiful mint condition except for some age cracks on the right side of the ivory grip.  These Prestige Editions with factory ivory grip are extremely rare.  A beautiful piece, and very rarely offered for sale!  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
