!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 47% scale miniature Colt single action army revolver Model of 1873 with 7 1/2 inch barrel made by Uberti in Italy.  Also known as the “Peacemaker” and “Frontier Six Shooter”.  This is a very unusual miniature SAA from Uberti with 7th cavalry Uberti factory markings.  The left side of the frame stamped “US”.  The bottom of the butt stamped, in addition to the serial number, “C” between the screw & the serial number, then “E CO. 7 CAV”  The triggerguard, the bottom rear of the barrel, the side of they cylinder, The top of the4 backstrap just behind the hammer, and the right bottom of the grip stamped with an “A”, the U.S. military inspector mark for G.W. Ainsworth, one of the inspectors for the U.S. Army.  The bottom left side of the grip marked with the “GWA” cartouch of G. W. Ainsworth.  The side of the cilender also marked with a “P”.  Fully functional, but non-firing.  6″ long overall with a 3 7/16″ rifled barrel of .21 caliber. Features include charcoal blue & case colored finish, black powder frame with the round “Bullseye” ejector rod button, cylinder pin retained by a screw, and the early style “Pinched Frame” topstrap. The triggerguard is  stamped 45 CAL on the left side just behind the trigger.  The two patent date markings on the left front of the frame.  Serial number 2576 stamped into the frame & trigger guard.  576 is stamped into the bottom of the  backstrap and the side of the cylinder.  76 is stamped into the loading gate hinge.  The bottom of the barrel with the Uberti marking “A. UBERTI – ITALY”.  Checkered hammer spur.  Nickel silver blade type front sight.  Beautifully figured one piece burl walnut grip with a high gloss finish.  Mint new condition.  I believe this is the first one of these I have ever seen.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
