!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 47% scale miniature Colt 1873 Single Action Army “Sheriff’s Model” revolver with 3″ barrel. Also known as the “Peacemaker” and the “Frontier six Shooter”. Fully functional, but non-firing. 4″ long overall with a 1 3/8″ .21 caliber rifled barrel. Made by Uberti in Italy. The bottom of the barrel roll stamped “A. UBERTI FECIT”. Beautifully factory hand engraved in scrolls and checkering patterns. Beautiful hand checkered nicely figured walnut one piece grip. The caliber marking “45 CAL” is stamped on the left rear side of the triggerguard, the two patent dates stamped on the left front of the frame. Early serial number “610”, is stamped into the bottom of the frame, triggerguard, backstrap, loading gate hinge, and the rear of the cylinder . Blue and case colored finish. Checkered hammer spur. Nickel silver blade type front sight. Black powder frame with no ejector rod or housing, a screw retaining the cylinder pin, and the early “pinched frame” top strap. 100% mint new. Includes a black leather pipe type case. The interior French fit and lined in a gray felt. The engraving on this piece is way above average, and a Uberti Colt with checkered grip is virtually unheard of! A really beautiful piece! Stock # JM-21. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
