!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 47% scale miniature Colt 1861 Navy percussion revolver with detachable shoulder stock originally issued and sold by the United States Historical Society, and authorized by Colt, in the 1980’s. This is the “Classic Edition” which is a standard non-embellished working man’s revolver. Fully functional, but non-firing. Round .17 caliber rifled barrel with a yellow brass pin head front sight. Blue and case colored finish with the exception of the stock yoke and buttplate which are yellow brass. One line Colt barrel address roll stamped into the top of the barrel. The left front of the frame stamped COLT”S PATENT in two lines. The left rear of the triggerguard stamped .36 CAL. The barrel, frame, triggerguard, backstrap, and stock yoke serial numbered 46. Walnut one piece grip and shoulder stock. Complete with the original USHS mahogany casing with hinged glass top. The upper right corner of the glass etched with the COLT logo. The interior lined in a light blue/gray velour. The interior fitted with a yellow brass plaque with the USHS information. A neat piece with the lowest production of all the United States Historical Society miniatures. 100% mint new condition.
