!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a “Classic Edition” United States Historical Society 47% scale miniature Colt 1860 Army revolver. Fully functional, but non-firing.  6 3/8″ long overall with a 3 3/4″ .21 caliber round rifled barrel.  Charcoal blue and case colored finish with one piece select rosewood grip. Complete with the original USHS mahogany casing with red velour lining and Colt logo stamped into the right front corner of the lid.  Factory roll marked barrel address, .44 Cal marked triggerguard, the front left of the frame marked “COLT’S, PATENT” in two lines.  Roll engraved cylinder with the Ormsby naval scene.  Serial number 56 stamped into the bottom of the barrel lug, the bottom front of the frame, the bottom front of the triggerguard, the bottom of the backstrap, & the side of the cylinder.  Checkered hammer spur & loading lever latch.  The hammer has both half & full cock.  The interior of the case has a rectangular brass plaque which reads “1860 ARMY COLT MINIATURE, CLASSIC EDITION, COLT FIREARMS, UNITED STATES HISTORICAL SOCIETY” in four lines.  These miniatures were made by Uberti for the USHS under license from Colt in the mid 80’s. They were a limited edition of 1500. Unlike most the other Uberti miniatures Colt revolvers which were made until about 2008, these miniature 1860 Colt revolvers have not been made in over 35 years.    Includes the original miniature Colt factory letter, the original Certificate of Authenticity, & the buff and dark brown cardboard lift top cardboard box.  Mint condition except the brown top of the cardboard box shows some scuffs, mostly on the edges & corners.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
