!!!!!SOLD!!!!! Tula Arsenal Soviet Made 1/3 Scale C-96 Broomhandle Mauser !!!!!SOLD!!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale C-96 Broomhandle Mauser made in the Soviet Union Tula Arsenal, probably as an project by a student engineer.  3 3/4″ long overall with a 1 3/4″ barrel of .118 caliber.  Steel construction with a high polish blue finish.  The piece is made as a single shot, there is not a functional magazine, & no safety.  Long range elevation adjustable rear sight.  The rear sides of the bolt & the hammer spur are serrated.   Two piece ebony grips with a single screw entering from the left side.  The right side grip escutcheon looks to be silver, is about .220 in diameter, & is marked in raised letters “.A.GATAWOB”, which is probably the makers name.  No other markings.  The walnut hinged top case with push button latch is ornately & beautifully inlaid in silver wire scrolls with mother of pearl leaves & a flower.  The top right front corner of the lid wire inlaid “Ty(upside down v) a”, which I believe is Tula in Cyrillic.  Complete with what look to be eight live rimmed cartridges measuring .355 long with lead bullets & copper primers.  Also includes an ebony handled blue steel cleaning rod.  Stock # RC-41.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
