!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 scale Colt No. 3 side swing single shot derringer by the legendary Tom P. Weston of Mexico City, Mexico, made somewhere between the mid 1940’s to the mid 1960’s. 1 3/4″ long overall with a 31/32″ round blued steel barrel of .128 caliber. The top of the barrel expertly engraved “-COLT-“. The frame, front sight, and grip escutcheons are yellow brass. The hammer & trigger are case colored steel. The screws and pins are finished in the white. Two piece ivory grips with a nice aged patina and a single screw entering from the left side. The hammer has full cock only. This piece is chambered for and will fire the thick rim 2mm rimfire cartridges. Mint condition except for the expected tarnish to the brass pieces. I’ve seen lots of these from Weston in 1/2 scale, but very few in 1/3 scale! !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
