!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale Colt #3 side swing derringer made by Tom Weston in Mexico City, Mexico in the late 1940’s to the early 1960’s.  2 1/8″ long overall with a 1 1/8″ barrel of .110 caliber.  This chambers & will shoot the 2mm rimfire blank cartridges with the thick rim.  The frame is steel & looks to be nickel plated, but may be finished in the white.  Beautiful charcoal blue barrel, trigger, hammer, & screws.  Two piece ivory grips with nice grain & an aged patina with single screw entering from the left side.  The left grip with a small natural occurring flaw/crack on the bottom near the frontstrap, the right grip with another at the back center of the backstrap.  Serrated hammer spur and trigger.  The hammer has both half & full cock, & the hammer MUST be brought to half cock to open the action for loading, otherwise you might break the firing pin!  Brass rounded front sight.  The number “17” stamped into the bottom of the gripstrap.  Near mint condition showing just very minor signs of handling.  Complete with a nice walnut hinged top case with flip latch.  The interior bottom lined in an orange cloth.  The interior lid padded & lined in the same cloth.   The top of the case with a rectangular brass plaque which reads “COLT .41 RF DERRINGER, THIRD MODEL, BY WESTON” in three lines.  The case bottom lines with a thin sheet of cork.  Stock # PR-03.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
