!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale BelMex single shot pistol made by Top P. Weston in Mexico City, Mexico in the 1950’s – to mid 1960’s. This is the 2 mm rimfire version. 2 1/4″ long overall with a 1 5/16″ barrel of about .084 caliber. Blued finish except for the hammer which is case colored. The hammer has both half & full cock. Two piece pre-ban ivory grips with yellow brass escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side. Cased in a scarce very early small deluxe Weston glass topped mahogany casing. The interior French fit and covered in a brick red leather. Accessories include a blue steel lift top cap box with a brass knob on top and an ivory handled blue steel cleaning rod with brass escutcheon. The pistol is in very good condition showing about 80% original thinning blue, the balance turning a patina gray/brown. The ivory grips are excellent and show a nice mellow aged patina. The case is very good showing some handling wear, mostly to the corners and sharp edges. Included are two rounds of the 2 mm rimfire blank ammunition which is not guaranteed to fire. Stock # PL-3.
