!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/4 scale Remington rolling block saddle ring carbine made by the legendary Tom P. Weston of Mexico City circa mid 1940’s to mid 1960’s.  7 3/4″ long overall with a 4″ round barrel.  This piece is fully functional & shoots the 2mm rimfire blank cartridges.  Beautiful fire blue finished steel except for the hammer & breach block which are case colored.  Dovetailed windage adjustable front sight.  Two leaf flip carbine rear sight.  The saddle ring bar & saddle ring on the left side.  Carbine type buttplate.  The top rear tang hand engraved “REMINGTONS ILION, NY, U.S.A., PAT MAY 12, NOV 15th, 1864, April 17th, 1855” in two lines.  “Beautiful dark rosewood stock & forearm.  Complete with a nice black leatherette hinged top case with push button latch.  The interior French fit & lined in a red felt with a white cord border.  The interior bottom with a leather tag marked in gold “CARABINE REMINGTON”.   Beautiful condition, the finish showing only a couple small freckles and minor wear to the sharp edges.  From the personal miniature collection of Joel E.
