!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 47% scale left hand gunbelt & holster rig for the Uberti Colt single action army revolvers with either the 4 3/4′ of 5 1/2″ barrels, and made by master leathersmith Tad Mizwa of Houston, Texas. The belt measures 24″ long X 1 1/4″ wide. The plain belt is a folded over piece of leather that is laced with leather along all the open seams. The belt has 6 cartridge loops, which are filled with solid brass dummy .45 long Colt cartridges with aluminum bullets. The holster is a single loop design, is unlined, and has kind of a herring bone design with almost 100% hand tooled coverage. The loop of the holster is stamped with Tad’s maker’s mark which reads “-TADS-, LEATHER SHOP, -HOUSTON-” in three lines. The belt is not marked. This is a miniature gunbelt & holster set he made using the book “Packing Iron” as a reference. Tad’s work is getting more & more difficult to find anymore, and there was absolutely no one better at leather work than Tad in my opinion! !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
