This is a 1/4 scale matchlock musket made by master miniaturist Stanley Blashak of New Castle, Pennsylvania. 11 1/2″ long overall with a 7 7/8″ Part octagon part round barrel of .154 caliber. Steel barrel, lock assembly, pan, & pan cover finished in the white. Silver triggerguard, trigger, & ramrod thimbles. Scrimshawed muzzle cap & buttplate with numerous scrimshawed ivory inlays in the one piece walnut stock. Full length wood ramrod with an ivory scrimshawed tip. Accessories include a beautiful shooting stick for steadying the barrel, & twelve walnut powder containers attached to a brown leather belt. Includes the original Blashak walnut hinged top walnut case, the interior French fit & lined in a dark green felt. Mint new as made condition. Stock # CK-80. Price: $3,500.00.
