Project Description

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is an unfinished brass barreled flintlock pistol made by Stanley Blashak.  4 7/16″ long overall with a 2 19/32″ “swamped” brass barrel of about .212 caliber.  The barrel tang, lockplate, screws, and pins are unfinished steel.  Yellow brass barrel blunderbuss type swamped barrel.  Yellow brass buttcap, triggerguard, and ramrod thimbles.  The bottom of the buttcap and the front of the triggerguard with very intricate detailing, the buttcap depicting a man’s face.  Very intricate German silver backplate showing a lion, a horse, a bugle, and flags.  One piece straight grained walnut stock.  This piece is well upon it’s way construction wise.  The barrel pins have yet to be trimmed  The lock and trigger mechanism will have to be made & installed, and some finish work done.  Nice ramrod with ebony tip.  Sold “AS – IS”, no returns.  Price:  $250.00.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
