!!!!!LOST OR STOLEN BY THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE!!!!!  This is a 1/4 scale George Washington flintlock pistol by master miniature maker Stanley Blashak of Pennsylvania.  4″ long overall with a 2 1/8″ part octagon part round steel barrel of about .125 caliber.  The muzzle of the barrel slightly swelled.  The lock assembly, barrel, and trigger are steel finished in the white.  The lockplate, and hammer modestly engraved.  The furniture is silver with engraving on the sideplate, triggerguard, buttcap, and rear ramrod thimbles.  The forward ramrod thimble barrel shaped with a swelled ring at each end.  One piece walnut stock with some some fluting on each side of the ramrod.  The lock has both half and full cock, with a crisp action.  The pistol is near mint as new, showing virtually no signs of handling. !!!!!LOST OR STOLEN BY THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE!!!!!
