!!!!!SOLD!!!!!Stanley Blashak 1/3 Scale Very Ornate Brass Barreled Flintlock Kentucky Pistol With Glass Topped Case !!!!!SOLD!!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale brass barreled Kentucky flintlock pistol made by master miniature maker Stanley Blashak of Pennsylvania.  4 3/4″ long overall with a 2 15/16″ part octagon part round brass barrel.  The the round part of the barrel increasing in diameter towards the muzzle somewhat like a blunderbuss in what is called a “swamped” barrel.  Steel lock assembly, hammer, & frizzen.  Very ornate engraved silver furniture.  There is an engraved oval silver escutcheon on the back of the grip with an engraved “B”.  Beautiful one piece fiddle back maple stock.  The hammer has both half & full cock.  The barrel is bored through to the touch hole.  Complete with a nice glass topped mahogany case.  The interior bottom French fit and lined in a red velour.  The bottom of the case with three paper stickers with numbers that mean nothing to me.  This is one of the nicest Blashak miniatures I have ever had the pleasure to offer for sale!  The fit, finish, quality of engraving, and inletting are as good as anything he ever did.  Excellent mint condition.  Stock # BF-09.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
