!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 scale brass barreled blunderbuss by master miniature maker Stanley Blashak of Pennsylvania. 8 1/4″ long overall with a 4″ barrel. The muzzle diameter is .364, although the actual bore diameter is much smaller. Brass furniture. Steel lock assembly & trigger finished in the white. The hammer with both half & full cock. There is some modest engraving on the barrel tang, lockplate, sideplate, hammer, escutcheon, buttplate, & triggerguard. One piece straight grained walnut stock with an oil finish. There is a silver oval escutcheon inlaid into the top of the wrist of the stock just behind the barrel tang. Complete with the original Blashak hinged top walnut casing. the casing interior French fit and lined in a dark red velour. Mint new condition. From the personal miniature collection of Joel Morrow.
