!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is the finest, most elaborate, and most accessorized special order double cased 1/3 scale Colt Paterson percussion revolver set Larry Smith ever made. The set was commissioned by a Mr. Matthew Eastman of Georgia, and was delivered to him in December of 1977. Included with this set is the original detailed hand written price listing of the set and all of the accessories, along with a letter dated December 7, 1977, and another letter from Larry dated May 17, 1978, all of which I have had in my files for many years, hoping for the day I could buy this set & put them back together. The original cost for this set was $922.95 delivered. This exact piece was previously sold in a Poulin Auction on October 2, 2011 where I first became aware of it, but was not the successful bidder. I was fortunate enough to buy it in an online auction a few weeks ago when it was again offered for sale. I think putting the set back together with the original paperwork, along with this being the finest set Larry ever made, makes this set a true treasure! !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
