!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale U.S. 1799 North & Chaney flintlock martial pistol by master miniature maker Robin Armstrong of England. 4 13/16″ long overall with a 2 3/16″ smoothbore barrel of about .233 caliber. Steel barrel, trigger, ramrod, frizzen, frizzen spring, hammer, and screws are finished in the white. Yellow brass frame, pan, triggerguard, and buttcap. The top rear of the barrel near the tang marked “US”. The left rear of the barrel marked VOq. The bottom of the frame marked “NORTH & CHANEY BERLIN” just to the right of the triggerguard and circling under the triggerguard. The hammer with both half and full cock. Straight grain one piece American walnut stock. Complete with the original Armstrong light brown leather covered hinged top casing with push button latch. The interior bottom French fit and covered in a dark green velour. The interior top padded and covered in a medium green silk which is marked in gold with the Armstrong coat of arms and the maker’s name. Mint “as new” condition.
