Project Description

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/6 scale Colt single action army revolver Model of 1873 made by Navy Blue in Japan.  All metal parts with the exception of the springs are made of silver.  One piece walnut grip.  1.65″ long overall with a .765″ barrel of about .068 caliber.  4 3/4″ barrel, black powder frame.  The top of the barrel is marked “COLTS PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. USA”.  The left front of the frame marked with the normal two Colt patent dates and “US”.  The bottom front of the frame and the bottom front of the triggerguard stamped with the serial number “10777”.  The bottom rear of the barrel marked “DFC”.  I have to use a 10X loop to read these markings, and they are incredibly clear!  This piece is fully functional, and has every part of a full size black powder Colt SAA.  The cylinder rotates and indexes properly when the hammer is cocked and the hammer has the normal four clicks when cocked!  Beautifully made & finished!  Complete with the original Navy Blue marked lift off maple case.  The interior semi French fit and lined in a red felt.  Also includes six solid brass dummy cartridges, the projectile portion chemically darkened to look like lead, that can be loaded into the cylinder.  This is the first of these I have ever seen & handled in hand, and I am impressed with the quality & value!  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
