Project Description

This is a 1/3 scale miniature Winchester Model 1894 saddle ring carbine made by Miniart in Moscow, Russia about 20 years ago.  12 13/16″ long overall with a 5 11/16″ round barrel of about .01 caliber.  Full magazine, straight grip stock, crescent buttplate.  Fully functional including the lever safety.  Blue steel finish.  Beautiful deluxe highly figured walnut buttstock & forearm.  Serial # 001 laser engraved on the bottom front of the receiver just behind the forearm.  The proper barrel and rear tang markings laser engraved.  Standard Winchester carbine pinned front and dovetailed step adjustable rear sight.  Checkered hammer spur.  Includes one round of  dummy ammunition with brass case & copper bullet & primer, that will feed, chamber, extract, and eject when loaded into the magazine and the action manually cycled.  Excellent 98+% condition, with the rear sight, extractor, loading gate, & lever a plum red/brown color, probably made this way, and a couple very minor scratches in the wood.  This is the first one of these I’ve been able to offer for sale in many many years, probably since I worked for Imperial Miniature Armory almost 20 years ago.  These 1/3 scale Miniart Winchester 1894 carbines are much rarer than the 1/2 scale versions, with only about six ever made.  Price:  $2,250.00.
