!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/2 scale Winchester Model 1894 lever action, octagon barreled, rifle made by Miniart in Moscow, Russia.  20 7/8″ long overall with a 12″ octagon barrel of .15 caliber. This piece is beautifully engraved by master engraver Angelo Bee, who once engraved for Browning, and has been a very highly regarded independent engraver for many years.  The receiver is deeply cut in vine & scroll engraving with a bighorn sheep panel scene on the left side and a deer panel scene on the right side.  There is engraving on the top and top right barrel flats behind the rear sight, the bottom of the floorplate, the bottom of the lever, and the buttplate.  Surface preparation was done by master gunsmith Terry Farrand.  The nitre blue and case colored finished was done by Doug Turnbull, with the lever, hammer, and buttplate beautifully case colored.  The straight grained walnut buttstock & fore end are expertly checkered in a point pattern with an oil finish.  Checkered hammer spur.  Straight grip, full magazine, crescent buttplate.  The barrel and upper tang with the proper markings laser engraved.  Even the proper proof mark is laser engraved on the top rear of the barrel.  No MiniArt markings.  Dovetailed sporting front sight, dovetailed rear sight with step elevator.  Fully functional and complete with three rounds of solid brass dummy ammunition that will feed, chamber, extract, and eject when manually cycled through the magazine.  Functional lever safety.  The serial # 123 laser engraved on the lower front of the frame.   Also includes a 1/2 scale owners instruction pamphlet, a hanging tag, and a nice walnut display stand.  This is a beautiful little rifle adorned by the finest craftsmen of their day!!!  Mint condition.  Stock # RP-3.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
