!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Winchester Model 1894 “Exhibition Grade” rifle made by Miniart in Russia. 20 7/8″ long overall with a 12″ octagon barrel of .15 caliber. The piece is beautifully engraved in the style of a Winchester “Exhibition Grade” show gun that the factory would have shown at state, national, and world fairs with extensive engraving coverage and special finishing. The receiver is engraved with 95% coverage showing a bear panel scene on the right side and a big horn ram sheep in a panel scene on the left side. Additional engraving includes the breech & muzzle ends of the barrel, the floorplate, the lever, the hammer, both upper & lower frame tangs, and the buttplate. The barrel, magazine tube, rear sight, loading gate door, bolt assembly, & screws are blued. The barrel has inlaid gold bands at the muzzle & breech. The frame, magazine band, forearm cap, front sight, magazine cap, and buttplate are gold plated. The lever, hammer, & trigger are nickel plated. The stock and forearm are heavily & finely carved carved. The barrel has the proper barrel address, caliber markings, along with the nickel steel barrel markings. The serial number 057 is stamped into the front lower part of the frame. The upper tang with the proper Winchester Trade mark markings. Fully functional & includes 3 solid brass dummy cartridges which will feed, chamber, extract, & eject when the action is cycled. Also includes a 1/2 scale Winchester hang tag and instructions.
