!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Colt 1911 A-1 made by Miniart in Moscow, Russia, about 1995. 4 1/4″ long overall with a 2 15/32″ .22 caliber rifled barrel. Blue steel finish. Serial # “No 00000007” All parts are machined steel, there are no castings. The left front of the slide marked “REMINGTON RAND INC., SYRACUSE, N.Y. U.S.A.” in two lines. The right side of the frame to the rear of the slide release marked “UNITED STATES PROPERTY , No 00000007” in two lines. The right side of the frame in front of the slide release marked “M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY”. Checkered hammer spur, magazine release, and recoil spring retainer. The rear of the slide serrated on both sides. Serrated slide release and mainspring housing. Checkered two piece walnut grips with two retaining screws on each side. Fully functional and will feed, chamber, extract, and eject the included three solid steel dummy cartridges when the action is cycled manually. Functional safety and grip safety. Near mint new condition showing only the most minor signs of handling, I’d call it 99%. Complete with a brown leather military flap type holster, a miniature Colt instruction manual, and two different miniature empty cartridge boxes. I wrote the program and laser engraved the YAG laser markings on this piece back when I worked for Imperial Miniature Armory, and it is one of only two so marked. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
