Mike Barrett 1/2 Scale Remington Rolling Block Single Shot Sporting Rifle With Tang Sight, Engraved & Gold Wire Inlaid By Roger Sampson, Checkered By James Corpe

This is a Remington rolling block single shot sporting rifle by master miniaturist Mike Barrett.  Fully functional but non-firing.  Rolling block block action.  21 9/16″ long overall with a 13 5/8″ rifled half octagon half round barrel of .22 caliber.  Beautifully & finely engraved & gold wire inlaid by master engraver Roger Sampson & checkered by James Corpe.  The steel parts are finished in the white.  Beautiful highly figured walnut forearm & buttstock checkered by renown checkering master James Corpe.  The hammer has both half & full cock.  Checkered hammer & rolling block spurs.  Dovetailed front sight with a brass blade, no rear barrel sight & no dovetail for one.  The tang sight has a cup disc with knurled edges.  Black plastic buttplate.  This is one of maybe six of these I have ever seen in almost 33 years in the miniature firearms business.  This is most assuredly a one-of-a-kind, and a true masterpiece!  Just needs to be sent to your favorite firearms finishing expert for proper blue & case colors.  Stock # CK-49.  Price:  $7,500.00.
