Project Description
This is an engraved 1/2 scale Beretta Model 1934 semi-automatic pistol made by master miniature maker Michael Barrett of Minnesota, made about 25 – 30 years ago. 3″ long overall with a 1 11/16″ barrel of about .184 caliber. The pistol is made of machined steel, except for the sheet metal body of the magazine, & is finished in the white. Gorgeous two piece burl grips with nice grain and patina and a single screw entering from each side. Dovetailed rear sight, the front sight made integral with the slide. The rear sides of the slide, the hammer spur, the slide release, and the bottom of the magazine release are serrated. Mike only made 8 of these, and this is the only engraved one I know of. I don’t know who engraved this, but it’s nice work. Excellent condition showing some minor handling wear, & some tiny spots of rust that should easily polish off. Stock # CK-60. Price: $2,500.00.
