!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a cased pair of 1/3 scale Remington Elliott single shot “Mississippi” derringers by master miniaturist Larry H. Smith of Florida.  1 5/8″ long overall with 13/16″ barrel of .125 caliber.  Both pistols are beautifully & ornately engraved and have the one line Remington barrel address “REMINGTONS ILION N.Y.” on top of the barrels.  Both have  gold plated frames, barrels, and backstraps with beautiful contrasting charcoal blue hammers, triggers, & pins.  Pin type front sights, checkered hammer spurs.  Two piece ivory grips with German silver escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side, the ivory with a very nice aged patina.  The grip screw looks to be German silver or nickel plated.  The serial #’s, 95 & 96, are stamped into the bottom of the barrels and the bottoms of the frames.  The bottom of the grip straps marked “L. H. SMITH”.  Includes the original Larry Smith hinged top mahogany case with silk cloth hinge and push button latch.  The case bottom stamped “-L.H.-, SMITH, 95 & 96, E” in four lines.  The case interior semi French fit and lined in a black felt.  Accessories include a brass handled steel cleaning/extractor rod, the rod finished in the white with jagged end, and ten solid brass rounds of dummy .41 rimfire cartridges with an impressed “H” headstamp.  Mint new condition and just a beautiful set!  Stock # BK-82.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
