!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale Colt Paterson revolver with case & accessories by master miniature maker Larry Smith of Florida.  4″ long with a 2 5/32″ octagon barrel of .122 caliber.  The frame, backstrap, & wedge are silver plated.  The balance of the steel parts are beautifully fire blued with the exception of the hammer which is finished in the white.  Silver bands are inlaid into the cylinder, and at the muzzle, breech, and on the bottom underlug of the barrel.  The barrel also has the silver inlaid barrel addresses which read “-L.H. SMITH-FLA. U S A-”  No wedge screw, which is normal on Larry’s very early Colt Patersons.  Brass bead type front sight.  The serial number 87 stamped into the bottom of the backstrap, bottom front of the frame, and the bottom rear of the barrel.  This revolver will shoot the 2mm pinfire cartridges.  Accessories include a one spout powder flask which contains a number of lead balls and acts as the ejector, and is marked on the bottom “87”, a brass cleaning/extractor rod with walnut turned handle and a brass ferrule,  & a brass lift top cap tin with the Colt Eley cap label which contains a number of 2mm pinfire blank cartridges.  Everything is housed in the original Larry Smith mahogany hinged top casing with slide latch.  The case interior is French fit and lined in a olive green felt.  The bottom of the case stamped “-L.H.-, SMITH, 87” in three lines.  Mint condition with the exception of the expected tarnish to the silver plated frames and the inlaid silver bands.  A beautiful Larry Smith set that will be the highlight of any Larry Smith miniature collection.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
