Larry Smith 1/2 Scale 2mm Rimfire Wesson Swivel Barrel Derringer, Nickel Plated, Ivory Grips, With Original Case, # 127

This is a 1/2 scale Wesson swivel barrel two shot derringer made by master miniaturist Larry Smith of Florida. 2 1/2″ long overall with a 1 1/4″ barrel group.  Full nickel-plated finish. Two-piece ivory grips with yellow brass escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side.  The top of one barrel marked “-L.H. Smith-“, the left side of that same barrel marked “FRANK WESSON WORCHESTER MASS. PT. DEC. 15/68”. The serial number “127” stamped into the left side of the frame just behind the barrels.  Complete with the original Larry Smith hinged top mahogany casing with push button latch. The bottom marked “-L.H.-, SMITH, 127” in three lines.  The top of the case with a unmarked rectangular brass escutcheon held in place by two small brass nails.  The case interior semi-French fit and lined in a burgundy felt.  Also includes a yellow brass handled blue cleaning/ejector rod and eight rounds of 2mm rimfire blank cartridges.  The miniature is in beautiful mint new condition.  The case has some minor handling marks.  Price:  $1,350.00.
