!!!!!SOLD!!!!! Jerry Missimer 1/2 Scale Bayonet & Scabbard Made For The Miniart 1/2 Scale 1903 Springfield Or 1903 Remington Bolt Action Rifles !!!!!SOLD!!!!!

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/2 scale bayonet & scabbard made by Jerry Missimer of Pennsylvania.  Jerry made these to fit the Miniart 1/2 scale 1903 Springfield & 1903-M Remington U. S. Military bolt action rifles.  The bayonet measures 8 3/4″ long in the scabbard.  The bayonet itself measures 8 3/8″ long X 1/2″.  The blade measures 6 3/8″ long.  The blade, crossguard, tang, & pommel are blued steel.  The handles are walnut held in place by a single screw entering from the right side.  The release button just behind the guard is checkered.  The scabbard is painted an olive drab green.  The body is fiberglass & the throat & hanger are brass.  Jerry didn’t make very many of these, certainly not enough for all the 1903 rifles made by Miniart.  Some fitting may be required.  Excellent condition, the scabbard showing a few small paint blemishes, the bayonet near mint showing only minor friction wear from entering the scabbard.  Stock # MC-55.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
