!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 scale European flintlock martial pistol made by Gilbert Ball of France. 6″ long overall with a 3 1/2″ part octagon part round smoothbore barrel of .278 caliber. Steel lock assembly except for the pan which is yellow brass. The barrel, ramrod, trigger, front band retainer, part of the triggerguard, furniture, and screws are steel finished in the white. The hammer has both half and full cock, with a nice crisp action. The barrel is bored through to the touch hole. Swivel ramrod. One piece straight grained walnut stock. Nicely made and capable of firing given the proper flint, powder charge, and ball. Complete with a nice walnut glass topped casing, the interior French fit and lined in a dark teal velour.
