!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Henry Derringer of Philadelphia single shot percussion pistol. These pistols are of great historical significance as this is the type pistol that John Wilkes Booth used to shoot & kill President Abraham Lincoln. 3 1/4″ long overall with a 1 1/2″ barrel of about .222 caliber. The barrel, lock assembly, dovetailed front sight, wedge, trigger, and screws are fire blued. Silver furniture. Highly figured one piece walnut stock. The hammer has both a safety notch and full cock. Serrated hammer spur. No markings. Excellent condition showing 99% original fire blue finish on the steel parts with handling wear to only the sharp edges. the silver furniture with a natural dark oxidized patina. Excellent wood.
