!!!!!PRICE REDUCED!!!!! George Jones Miniature Screw Handle Crossbow !!!!!PRICE REDUCED!!!!!

!!!!!PRICE REDUCED!!!!!  This is a miniature screw handle crossbow made by master miniaturist George Jones.  4 15/16″ long  with a 3 11/16″ steel bow with a blue finish.  The bow stock is made of wood, maybe oak.   The bow string is multi strand, & wrapped.  There is a brass trough lining the top of the bow where the bolt would rest when loaded.  This type bow was cocked using the threaded screw & handle at the rear of the stock.  There is a yoke at the bottom center where it would have been mounted to a wall or maybe the side of a ship.  There is more going on here than I know how to describe, so look the photos over closely & see the skill, workmanship, & attention to details.  Marked on the stand base “20 GJ 05, MADE  BY: GEORGE W. JONES FOR FOR KENNITH WHICHARD, JR.”   Stock # MC-72.  Price Reduced:  $700.00.
