Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a framed pair of Franz Pfannl 2mm pinfire Berloque single shot pistols. These pistols are designated as A3a – Later Model, of the traditional Franz Pfannl 2mm pinfire pistol in Bob Urso’s book, The Tiniest Guns, Third Edition. 1 5/8″ long overall, the tops of both barrels marked AUSTRIA. Both pistols with lanyard eyes and rings. These were framed up many years ago, the frame and turquoise background fabric look to be quite old. The frame measures 5 1/2″ X 2 7/8″ X 13/16″. On the back side is a piece of paper with printing that reads “PINFIRE PISTOLS, Made in Austria in the 1930’s and advertised, as the smallest pistols ever made., Use pinfire blank cartridges.” in four lines. There are 12 2mm pinfire blanks Scotch taped to the back side of the frame. There is a sheet copper hanger on the backside top center of the frame so it can be hung on the wall. The left pistol looks like someone grabbed the barrel with a pair of pliers and left marks on the barrel. Other than that, the two pistols look to be in good condition. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
