Project Description
This is a custom made burl walnut hinged top case for an Uberti 47% scale Colt Walker percussion revolver & accessories, made by Dene Croft of Dene Croft Studios in Canada. The coffin shaped case is made from one solid piece of beautifully grained burl walnut, cut in half, then the interior top & bottom routed out, lined in a dark forest green felt, & the partitions added. There are two lidded compartments, the lids made from the same burl walnut with brass knobs. The interior lid has a nicely aged intricate label for John Blanch, Gun & Pistol Manufacturer, Gun Maker to his Majesty, in London. Beautifully made as would have been done by a London gunmaker to house a Colt Walker. Outer dimensions 8 3/4″ X 4 1/2″ X 2″. Mint new as made condition. Stock # DC-01. Price: $350.00.
