!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 1/3 scale Ludwig Loewe C-93 Borchardt semi-automatic pistol made by Master miniature maker David Kucer in Canada about about 1992.  This is only the second one of these I have ever been able to offer for sale in my almost 30 years of dealing in miniature firearms!  100% fully functional.  4 5/8″ long overall with a 2 13/32″ barrel of about .105 caliber.  8 11/16″ long overall with the stock attached.  All machined steel construction.  The major parts are a high polish black blue.  Some of the small parts are straw case hardened, and the two sheet metal plates on each side at the rear, the extractor, and the magazine release spring are fire blued.  The top front of the receiver ring just behind the barrel is marked “WAFFENFRABRICK, LOEWE, BERLIN” in three lines.  The top of the toggle marked “DRP, No 2”.  The stock attachment at the rear of the pistol is marked “2”.  The right side of the receiver marked “SYSTEM BORCHARDT.PATENT.”.  The bottom rear of the barrel marked “D. KUCER”.  Includes the detachable walnut shoulder stock, detachable walnut cheek piece, walnut hold open with oiler, an extra magazine, & a walnut handled screwdriver.  All cased in a hinged top oak case with finger jointed corners, key lock, no key included.  The case interior French fit & lined in burgundy velour.  The top right front corner of the case inlaid with the Kucer coat of arms logo medallion in brass.  Only about 10 of these were ever made.  You just have to hold this to appreciate the quality of the workmanship!  I was just starting in the miniature business when these first came out almost 30 years ago.  David’s price at that time was $11,000.00, that equates to $23,540 in today’s dollars!!!  Near mint new condition showing no obvious signs of handling or distress.  Ex Kennith Whichard & Sloan Kritser collections.  Stock # RC-42.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
