!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Colt No. 2 derringer made by master miniature maker Daniel Osterman of Oregon. 2 9/16″ long overall with a 1 1/4″ long rifled barrel. Nicely scroll engraved on the nickel silver frame, and backstrap. Fire blue barrel release & screws. Case hardened hammer with the sides polished in the white. Serial number “23” is stamped into the bottom rear of the barrel. The butt marked D.E.O.+. The top of the barrel with the proper Colt barrel address. Checkered hammer spur with the sighting notch, checkered barrel release, & checkered trigger. Two piece checkered brown gutta percha grips with brass escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side. Complete with the original Osterman manila cardboard lift top box with exterior lid label. The interior bottom French fit and lined in a dark blue felt. Mint new condition.
